Obviously you have no idea what y...</title><content type='html'>Dividend Lover,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Obviously you have no idea what you are talking about, otherwise you wouldn&amp;#39;t have used the term &amp;quot;yield on cost&amp;quot; with the term &amp;quot; fine for the short term&amp;quot; in one sentence.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I do agree YOC doesn&amp;#39;t take into effect inflation. But then the rising dividend payment takes care of the inflation adjustment.
