I look for low debt and high yield.  Here are three that I found:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Starlims Technologies Ltd (LIMS)The risk is that it is a small foreign company.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cherokee Inc.(NasdaqGS: CHKE) the risk is that most of their sales are through one company Target.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Getty Realty Corp.
