Doesn't that strategy defy rational business sense?&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;I'm talking about ProLogis (PLD) but I know that AIG did the same thing earlier this year. In my opinion, it's a huge bluff and also a tell into business conditions. Unfortunately however our regulators have done irrational things like banning short sales, which does nothing but to let greedy shareholders purchase financial shares at a premium.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;Jake,&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;BAC might as well be one of the survivors of this crisis.
